Blooms and Kisses is owned and operated by Theresa Barillas and family and was established in 2007. However, Theresa’s floral design experience spans over 25 years, with a certification in Advanced Wedding Floral Design under the tutelage of Phil Rulloda, and is also an active member of the California Institute of Floral Design. She and her family love living and playing in sunny Huntington Beach.
